I totally recommend Cope funeral services, they are a highly professional service who took away the stress by undertaking all matters after our mum died, including arrangements for transport from hospital to chapel of rest, where Mum was very well taken care of, as were family and friends; we felt totally looked after by all involved, and certain Mum was in safe hands, and everything was being done to the highest quality and standard. Cope funeral service also made all arrangements for the coffin to be flown abroad for burial. The service was incredibly personal, and all matters were addressed with the utmost respect and care.
This Blakely based Funeral Service took care of my dearly departed Mother when she passed away. From our first telephone call the company made the whole process smooth and easy with as little emotional distress as possible caused to ourselves. A staff member named JOHN visited us at home to take all the details so we did not have to traipse to the office. John was patient, helpful and understanding. The rest of the burial process went well with no stress. All the staff we spoke too were kind, professional, efficient and supportive, especially ANDREW. My family and I highly recommend their services.
When using this funeral parlour I found all the staff to be attentive,diligent and professional which helped make the whole process very easy and less distressing for me and my family. I am very satisfied with the wonderful service I recieved.
